Kate grew up in lee county and has seen the progression of the area from a small town to one of the nation's fastest growing counties. As a Florida native, Kate truly knows and understands southwest Florida. She cultivated her sales and interpersonal relationship skills as a result of her experience in the hospitality industry as she worked through college at the Miami International University of Art and Design. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts and immediately started working in merchandising at Chico's FAS headquarters here, in Fort Myers. She learned how to research trends competitively in the marketplace through statistical analysis, price products appropriately, regulate budgets and receipts with attention to detail, and manage the delivery of goods on schedule. 

Kate's positive attitude and drive to succeed translates into someone who will always prioritize customer needs. Kate's background in fashion gives her a unique perspective on design aesthetic and flow as well as a competitive edge on identifying trends versus long term classics. She is committed to guiding and navigating her customers through the process of buying and selling their properties through effective communication and transparency.

Kate loves living that Florida lifestyle! She enjoys boating with her husband and daughter in the beautiful gulf coast waterways and dining at local treasures. She likes to stay fit by practicing pilates and yoga in her spare time but also enjoys some rest and relaxation watching new movies.
